Trinity

Draft

Trinity is an ACS-associated advisory role for translating bounded objectives and constraints into plans, task decompositions, estimate ranges, dependency maps, assumptions, and risk context.

Business may consume Trinity output during qualification and planning. Trading, Treasury, and other nuclei may use domain-specific analysis when the required data and review boundaries are satisfied.

Planning Contract

  1. The requesting nucleus provides purpose, scope, constraints, evidence, and the expected decision.
  2. Trinity identifies missing context and decomposes the objective.
  3. Trinity produces assumptions, dependencies, risks, confidence, estimate ranges, and recommended next steps.
  4. A responsible human reviews and corrects the output.
  5. Only reviewed output may become a planning artifact or governance brief.

Authority Boundary

Trinity may analyze, classify, estimate, draft, compare, and recommend. It cannot approve scope, commit delivery, authorize spending, move funds, decide governance, access credentials by implication, activate providers, or execute an institutional action.

The general Business-Trinity transport, persistence model, estimate method, and production service are not yet verified. Public documentation therefore treats Trinity as advisory and partially represented.

Financial and Trading Boundary

Trinity may summarize market, exposure, strategy, P&L, API-security, and operational context. It is not a profit guarantee, autonomous Treasury manager, unrestricted exchange operator, legal adviser, or financial adviser.

Coordination Boundary

Trinity may decompose objectives, compare constraints, structure estimates, and suggest task sequencing. Inputs remain owner-defined goals and evidence; outputs remain reviewable plans or analyses. Trinity cannot approve scope, commit price, activate agents, authorize governance, move assets, or publish a result. Transport, persistence, service behavior, and production availability remain unverified.
