Scope

BBA may support course positioning, tutor positioning, learning path copy, Marketplace listing copy, launch assets, educational product narratives, and reward language review.

Model

Academy materials must avoid guaranteed career, income, certification value, or reward claims. Marketplace materials must clarify seller status, deliverables, refund policy, token or credit rules, and risk disclosures.

Governance Touchpoints

Marketplace categories, locked reward utility, token payment claims, official seller status, and certification claims may require Governance, Tokenomics, Academy, or Marketplace review.

Risk Considerations

Locked rewards must not be described as withdrawable, transferable, sellable, or spendable unless contracts and policy confirm that behavior.
