Service Model
DraftStatus: Draft Version: 0.1.0 Last Updated: 2026-05-17 Owner: Axodus BBA
Service Boundary
BBA services transform governed product knowledge into positioning, content, campaign assets, launch support, and accountability records. Inputs come from a client or owning nucleus; outputs are reviewed communication deliverables, not product implementation or guaranteed commercial results.
A service engagement identifies scope, responsible human, evidence sources, review routes, acceptance criteria, publication owner, and exclusions. Work that requires software delivery routes through Business. Listings route through Marketplace. Governance, legal, security, Treasury, and product owners retain their own decisions.
Purpose
Define BBA services as scoped, measurable, claim-reviewed business workflows.
Scope
Services may include positioning strategy, campaign strategy, content operations, Web3 claim review, launch support, growth operations, governance communication, and brand direction.
Service Object
Service records should define service ID, service group, objective, audience, deliverables, required inputs, claim review requirement, governance review requirement, risk level, ACS support, acceptance criteria, reporting requirement, and status.
Workflow
Requests should enter through Business intake, be scoped into deliverables, receive claim review where needed, run through campaign or content execution, and close with acceptance and reporting.
Governance Touchpoints
Governance review is required when services affect public governance claims, DAO communication, tokenomics, treasury policy, or ecosystem-wide launch messaging.
Risk Considerations
BBA services must not promise guaranteed sales, ROI, token growth, community growth, or investment outcomes.
