Scope

Launch support may cover product launches, DApp launches, Marketplace listings, Academy course launches, DAO communication, documentation launches, governance plugin launches, and token or reward program language review.

Readiness Checklist

Launch materials should confirm product status, target audience, source of truth, claim review, risk disclosures, security status, governance status, support path, analytics, incident path, and reporting plan.

Workflow

Launch support moves through discovery, readiness check, claim review, asset production, stakeholder approval, launch, monitoring, incident handling, reporting, and archive.

Governance Touchpoints

Governance review may be required for DAO launches, token or reward programs, treasury-sensitive releases, and public ecosystem commitments.

Risk Considerations

BBA must not announce products as active, audited, partnered, compliant, or deployed unless records support those claims.
