Axodus Marketplace Overview
CanonicalPurpose
Axodus Marketplace is the ecosystem commercial exchange layer for products, services, courses, digital assets, templates, subscriptions, DAO services, and internal ecosystem offers.
Scope
Marketplace covers listings, sellers, buyers, payments, settlement, fees, credits, locked rewards, reputation, disputes, refunds, security, governance, treasury reporting, and ACS-assisted review.
Marketplace is not a guaranteed-income platform, investment marketplace, unreviewed token shop, seller revenue guarantee, buyer outcome guarantee, legal compliance certifier, or replacement for Business, Academy, Governance, Treasury, or security review.
Ecosystem Role
Marketplace connects Academy courses and tutors, Business service delivery, BBA Agency positioning and claim review, Tokenomics utility if approved, Treasury settlement reporting, DEX and DeFi integrations if implemented, Governance policy controls, ACS advisory support, and Accountability records.
Marketplace is a distribution channel, not the Business operating infrastructure. Business may prepare an asset or service package; the owner, Marketplace, and required reviewers independently decide whether it may be listed, licensed, published, suspended, or removed.
Production settlement, active commercial availability, ownership rights, and licensing authority must be verified per offer. A documented catalog or listing model is not proof that an offer can currently be purchased.

Risk Considerations
Marketplace activity can create seller claim risk, buyer expectation risk, payment risk, token volatility, locked credit liability, settlement risk, refund disputes, regulated category risk, privacy risk, and fraud risk. Listings must not promise guaranteed revenue, ROI, buyer results, DeFi yield, trading profit, or token value.
