User-Facing Products

Draft

Status: Draft Version: 0.1.0 Last Updated: 2026-05-17 Owner: Axodus Mining

Purpose

User-facing mining products are sensitive because users may interpret them as guaranteed income. Every product must define status, eligibility, allocation model, costs, payout rules, custody model, and risk.

Product Types

Types may include Mining Dashboard, Mining Subscription, Hashrate Access, Hosted Mining Product, Mining Education Product, and Treasury Mining Pool Access. Public products require strict claim review, governance review, and user disclosures.

Product Fields

Fields should include product ID, type, status, user eligibility, access method, allocation model, reward source, payout asset, payout frequency, minimum payout, fees, costs, withdrawal rules, custody model, risk disclosures, estimate method, governance status, treasury status, compliance status, and support policy.

Status Labels

Labels may include Educational, Estimate Only, Testnet, Pilot, Internal, Waitlist, Active, Paused, and Deprecated. Active must only be used for a live product under approved scope.

Required Disclosures

Disclosures must state that rewards are variable, estimates are not guarantees, payouts depend on network, pool, hardware, uptime, costs, and market conditions, fees reduce net results, asset prices can change, payment does not guarantee profit, availability may be restricted, and tax or regulatory obligations may apply.

Released as living documentation for the Axodus ecosystem.
